This April and May, The Waikiki Collection invites guests to enjoy a limited-time dining experience that gives back. The Mai Tais & Burgers campaign brings together signature island cocktails and chef-crafted burgers across Waikiki and Maui, all in support of Hawaiʻi's local farmers.
From April 1 through May 31, 2026, $1 from every featured Mai Tai and burger will be donated to the Hawaii Farmers' Disaster Relief Fund, helping farms recover from recent Kona Low storm damage.
